# Zapier - Sangam CRM Integration 

## Overview

Sangam CRM integrates with your website, Yellow Pages Portals, your ERP or any other software application. Built-in integrations include SMS, Email Tracking, Telephony, LinkedIn, etc.

Using Sangam CRM API you can integrate to any platform and you can also integrate it with third-party tools such as Zapier.

Below are the Steps of website integration with Sangam CRM using Zapier. The same way you can integrate with Facebook campaigns, Linkedin and Instagram, etc.

## How to Integrate Website using Zapier with Sangam CRM <a href="#rwrhk5t0rewe" id="rwrhk5t0rewe"></a>

Login to Zapier and click on Create Zap

You will see page as below after click

Search for Webhook and select from below given option

Once selected now you will see Event field

Search for Catch Hook and select from below given option

Once selected click on continue

In Set up trigger leave it blank and click on Continue

Now a URL will be generated, Copy that URL and use it on the website for form submit URL and submit form once and click on Test trigger.

Now you will see data which you have submitted from the form and click on Continue.

Search for Custom request option in Event field and select it from below given option and click on Continue

Select Method as Post and enter URL given by CRM team below

Add Request Json format from swagger document and select form parameter from the available fields and map it with CRM parameter.

Add all Parameters in Headers as below and click on Continue

Click on the Test Action button and check response code status should be 200 and your data is successfully pushed in Sangam CRM.

Test Multiple times and once all working fine you can publish your ZAP. Once you publish all your live data submitted on that form will be pushed to CRM automatically.
