## **Basic Campaign Flow**

## **Steps to create a campaign**

**Step  1:** Search for “Campaign” in the menu and click on *Create* button

The record create/edit view of the campaign is segmented into four steps:

1. Campaign Details
2. Target Audience
3. Templates
4. Overview.

**Step 2:** Give Subject to the campaign and fll the other required details

**Step 3:** Select the tag from the list to target your audience.

**Step 4:** In the next step, you need to choose and customize templates that best ft your specifc use case.

Analyze the campaign before launch to determine the exact number of recipients who will receive it. (for both phone numbers and email address)

***Note:*** Save the current campaign as a draft to edit later; once it is live, it cannot be drafted.
